Our purpose‑built Sixth Form Centre sits alongside the Village College but stands proudly as its own dedicated space, with a separate entrance from West Cambourne, its own parking, and a calm, contemporary atmosphere tailored to post‑16 study.

Designed to deliver a full range of A Level and Applied subjects, the Centre offers outstanding specialist facilities, including:
- Five fully equipped Science laboratories
- Bespoke Design Technology and Engineering workshops
- Specialist Art and Photography studios
- A new Music Technology suite within the Music Department
- Fifteen modern teaching rooms featuring the latest classroom technology
Students also benefit from access to the Village College’s state‑of‑the‑art performance hall and extensive sports facilities.
Sixth Form library and independent study
At CamSF, students enjoy a dedicated Sixth Form Library and independent study centre, managed by our chartered librarians and stocked with a wide range of academic and enrichment resources. Students also have access to the CamVC Library and a number of online resource subscriptions.
The library catalogue, Infiniti, can be accessed remotely, allowing students to browse and request resources from anywhere.

CamVC Library Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm Wednesdays: open until 5:00pm

Spaces to connect and recharge
Our Sixth Form café provides a relaxed social space for downtime between lessons, while the large study centre and lecture hall support focused learning, collaboration, and whole‑cohort events.
