Community Booking Information
Facilities are available from 5pm to 9:30pm on weekday evenings and from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Note that on Bank Holidays the school site is closed and no bookings are taken. Please also be aware that as a busy school, there will be occasions when the larger halls are needed for school performances or functions and school activities will take precedence over community bookings. In the event that your booking is affected you will be given at least four weeks notice and you will be offered an alternative facility wherever possible.

Larger events requiring additional staff and technical equipment outside of usual community hours are to be booked and quoted for individually. This includes events on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday (including evenings) please contact [email protected]

Alcohol Consumption
The premises are licensed for the sale of alcohol.
For the hirer to serve alcohol on site, request must be obtained from the DPS. There may be a corkage fee in association with this arrangement. In some circumstances, the hirer is responsible for applying for their own temporary alcohol licence (TEN).
Hirers may not bring their own alcohol onto the premises unless agreed with Management. Hirers must use their best endeavours to prevent drunkenness and under-age drinking. Anyone whose behaviour causes concern to the Duty Manager will be asked to leave immediately.
The 3G Pitches are available for hire at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 5pm to 9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 4:30pm
The 3G is marked out for a full-size adult pitch and three mini football pitches. There is a pair of full-sized goals at either end and three sets of mini goals along the sides. Click HERE for a diagram of the facility. NOTE: we do not have medium sized (16ft or 21ft) goals and we are not marked out for an 80yd pitch.
Heavy rubber corner flag stands are available that you can slot your flag poles into for matches.
Please contact the Community Coordinator to check for available training slots on weekday evenings. These are hired out in thirds of the pitch and are in high demand during the football season.
Standard hourly rates are £36 for a third, £54 for two thirds and £76 for the full pitch, with discounts for long-term block bookings, clubs, children and charities
The 3G is also available for matches at the weekend and in the evenings during the holidays at a flat rate for clubs of £100 per match.
Classrooms are available to hire after 5pm on weekdays and all day at weekends.
Classrooms have interactive whiteboards and access to Wi-Fi for teaching. They range in size but are approximately 7.5 metres x 7.4 metres
The standard rate is £14 per hour with discounts for long-term block bookings, clubs, children and charities
The Dance and Drama Studio is available for bookings after 5pm on weekday evenings and all day at weekends. The Studio benefits from mirrors and dance barre at one end, theatre lighting and AV.
The studio measures 13.2 metres x 10 metres.
The standard hire price is £30 per hour with discounts for long term block bookings, clubs, children and charities.
Our gymnasium is available for bookings after 5pm on weekday evenings and all day at weekends.
The Gym measures 18.3 metres x 15.3 metres and includes a dance barr and mirrors across one end

Our Main Hall is available for bookings that require seating, audio visual displays, theatrical set ups or dining and is available after 5pm on weekday evenings and all day at weekends.
The Main Hall is split into two areas: the Auditorium and Dining Hall, which can be separated by partition walling.
Measurements are:
Main Hall Auditorium 13.7 metres x 15 metres;
Dining Room 9.6 metres x 18 metres.
The full length is 23.3 metres.
The hall benefits from a projector and screen and audio system. Portable staging is available as required. It can accommodate 200 chairs.
The standard hire price for the hall is £42 per hour with discounts for long term block bookings, clubs, children and charities.
This includes use of the projector and screen and the permanent high-level speakers only. This equipment is controlled from the lectern and can access media on a Windows PC laptop.

The outdoor courts may be hired for netball or tennis after 5pm on weekdays and all day at weekends. There is also a practise basketball hoop.
The standard hire price is £10 per hour per court with discounts for long term block bookings, clubs, children and charities.
The hall is available to hire for large events on Friday to Sunday by emailing [email protected] or call 07485 383266. The standard hire price at weekends is £58 per hour
Meanwhile on Monday to Thursday evenings, this hall is still available to hire for those requiring a large room for meetings, lectures, dance and other sporting activities that do not involve balls or projectiles, such as gymnastics. The standard weekday hire price is £58 per hour with discounts for long term block bookings, clubs, children and charities.
The hall measures 33 metres x 18.2 metres
Our sports hall is available for bookings after 5pm on weekday evenings and all day at weekends.
The Sports Hall measures 33 metres x 8.2 metres and includes markings for badminton courts, netball courts, basketball and 5 aside football.
Equipment included in the hire rate: Basketball hoops, volleyball posts, badminton posts (nets not provided), cricket nets and mats, 5-aside goals. No other school equipment can be hired out.
